All eyes were on Bethenny Frankel as she strode down the runway at Sports Illustrated Swimsuit’s annual Miami Swim Week presentation on Saturday. The 54-year-old walked in three looks: a cheetah-print one-piece swimsuit, a pink and black polka dot bikini with a black sheer sarong and a western-inspired denim two-piece teamed with a cowboy hat.

Her hair, which is typically dyed black, was lightened with soft shades of brown and honey-colored blond highlights. Extensions were put in to add texture to her sleek and shiny fashion, and even her shimmery gold makeup popped against the busy bathing suits. Frankel’s skin was bronzed, and her body was undeniably toned. Her secret: the Emsculpt Neo. 

Emsculpt Neo is an FDA-approved, clinically tested noninvasive body sculpting device often used by the likes of influencer Alix Earle and actress Molly Sims. Frankel’s appearance on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit catwalk spawned an internet frenzy with an increase in interest for the former “Real Housewives of New York” star’s sculpting secret and her famed supermodel diet. A simple search for Frankel in TikTok generates a slew of search terms, including “Bethenny Frankel runway” and “Bethenny Frankel snacks.” 

For months, the internet personality has contributed to her new supermodel recipe series, sharing easy recipes for healthy and high protein breakfasts, lunches and mid-day bites. But it wasn’t until she made her runway debut when people online collectively agreed to start paying attention to her food posts, several of which admitted they’ve only now been swayed to give her snacks a taste after seeing her walk.
