Ciara brought her style to the 2025 BET Awards in Los Angeles on Monday night, dressing up in an edgy monochrome black ensemble rounded out by a pair of dainty Saint Laurent sandals.

The singer specifically wore Saint Laurent’s Liza style, which is crafted from satin crepe and features criss-crossing toe straps embellished with rhinestones. The intersecting strap design continues at the ankle, where ultra-slender straps encircle the ankle in a design reminiscent of gladiator footwear. The distinctive silhouette also includes a pointed sole and a dramatic flared heel.

The Liza sandals completed her edgy look from Cong Tri’s fall 2025 collection, consisting of a black leather button-down and feathery miniskirt with a sweeping train. She accessorized with a chunky, layered necklace look, a stack of bracelets on each arm, and a baseball hat perched atop her straight, dark hairstyle, which featured a retro flip at the bottom. This outfit follows Ciara twinning with her daughter in suits at the inaugural Black Women in Music Dinner last week.

The singer often collaborates with stylist Marni Senofonte, who was involved in the creation of her LaQuan Smith look worn at the 2025 Met Gala.

While Ciara isn’t afraid to explore bold footwear looks, she accented her gown for the event with classic black pointed-toe pumps, specifically the Pigalle Follies style from Christian Louboutin.

The 2025 BET Awards are unfolding Monday night in Los Angeles, honoring accomplishments across the Black community. Kevin Hart is hosting, and performances are expected from  Lil Wayne, Teyana Taylor, GloRilla, Playboi Carti and Leon Thomas, among others. This year marks 25 years of the BET Awards.

Additional guests include Jordin Sparks and husband Dana Isaiah as well as Keke Palmer and more stars.
