Hailey Bieber is not letting the New York City heatwave interrupt her streak of great looks. On Saturday, the Rhode founder made her way to a solo lunch date at Bar Pitti in Soho wearing a very Italian Riviera vacation-coded outfit. 

Skin-tight white capris with oversized black polka dots by Barcelona-based brand Paloma Wool were the main event of the ensemble — and, yes, they’re already out of stock everywhere. Although capris are nothing new for the model (she frequently sports the style), it’s the first time she’s ventured into a playful pattern with them. As usual, she’s exactly on trend: according to data from platform Trendalytics, shopping searches for ‘polka dot’ items jumped 260% in January of this year compared to 2024. 

Bieber paired the patterned pants with a simple black tank top, black kitten-heel flip-flops by Toteme, oval-framed sunglasses and a sleek black top-handle bag by The Row.

After being spotted for a few days without her engagement ring, the model made sure to accessorize with the oval diamond, pairing it with a gold-toned Piaget wristwatch for an extra flash of sparkle.

With temperatures up to 100 degrees in Manhattan, it’s safe to say Bieber’s latest look will serve as inspiration for NYC fashion people throughout these next humid and hot days.
