SZA’s Not Beauty Brand to Launch at Grand National Tour Pop-up Stores

SZA has joined the ever-growing team of pop stars in the beauty market. The Grammy-winning singer is officially launching Not Beauty, her own cruelty-free and vegan beauty brand.

Not Beauty is debuting with a lip collection featuring three signature lip gloss shades, including In the Flesh, Strawberry Jelly and Quartz. The line, according to the brand, is inspired by nature and the packaging takes on wood textures, plants, insects and bold natural hues. The hydrating lip glosses feature a non-sticky formula and promise long-lasting shine and moisture.

“Not Beauty wasn’t about me trying to enter the beauty market, it’s about me filling a need, it’s about
me needing something that lasted as long as my show, as long as my conversation, as long as my date,” SZA said via statement.

“There was nothing that existed that did that for me and also made me feel moisturized. I don’t know much about much, but I know a lot about lips, and I feel like Not Beauty is not beauty. It is just something that I wanted to share that worked for me and I hope it works for you. It’s really well made. It’s awesome.”

The singer will first sell the lip gloss shades, priced at $23, during her “Grand National Tour” with Kendrick Lamar, which will start on Saturday in Minneapolis and run through June 18, closing in Washington, D.C.

The full lineup of Not Beauty’s lip collection will also include lip stains, lip liners and lip creams.

In February, Sza teased her Not Beauty brand during a glam video shared to Ulta Beauty’s social media account, showing the behind the scenes of her 2025 Super Bowl halftime show cameo. The singer used the Strawberry Jelly gloss in the video and promised fans the line would be out “very shortly.”
