Jordan Chiles Goes Sky High in Platform Heels at ‘Superman’ Premiere

Jordan Chiles may be 4 feet, 11 inches tall, but a pair of platform heels took her to new heights at the Los Angeles premiere of “Superman” on Monday. The two-time Olympian paired a little red dress with sky-high platform sandals, which helped her stand out on the red carpet at the event, held at the TCL Chinese Theatre.

Chiles elongated her legs with a pair of six-inch, black platform sandals. The shoes’ platform, which rested at the part of the sole that sits under the front of the foot, featured a narrow, squared toe.

The sandal featured a wide-toe strap across the upper, which flared out more toward the sides and was slightly slimmer at the center. The thicker strap across the upper created a slight peep-toe effect, highlighting the athlete’s French pedicure.

The shoes also featured a strap around the ankle with a gold buckle, which secured the foot in place, balancing atop a tall, slightly tapered heel.

Chiles paired the shoes with a metallic rose minidress by Do Long. In a deep red color and a shimmery effect, the strapless dress hugged the gymnast’s frame, while highlighting her shoulders and showcasing her arm tattoos, which include one of the Olympic rings on her right bicep.

The minidress featured a red rose that gathered on her hip and was designed in 3D on a metal and stone background combined with a waist-defining corset construction technique around the midsection. Do Long is a fashion brand in Vietnam that specializes in ready-to-wear and evening gowns. Dresses and designs by the brand have been worn by Meagan Good, SZA, Chloe Bailey, Rita Ora and more.

Chiles has been working with stylist Ron Jeffries and Jason Rembert. The athlete has displayed a variety of shoe preferences from Timberland boots to Jordans and high heels, and was recently spotted wearing a pair of holographic Christian Louboutin pumps at the 2025 Essence Festival.

“Superman” was directed by James Gunn and is set to hit theaters on Friday. The movie follows as the superhero gets drawn into conflicts at home and abroad.
