The “Outside” rapper has been on the hunt for a pair of “It” girl shoes this season, sending a message to fashion houses, warning them about a lack of a must-have shoe. For the show, she opted for classic Jimmy Choo pumps instead of trendy footwear. Reaching for the footwear designer’s bridal collection, Cardi paired an intricate ivory gown with Jimmy Choo’s delicate Saeda design.

The Grammy winner, who is known for wearing larger-than-life platform heels, went for an unusual choice by wearing the Saeda ivory tulle crystal pumps, which retail for $1,150. While the heels are available in the 100mm height, it appeared that Card had on the 85mm version.
The Saeda pump Cardi wore is crafted with a ruched, sheer tulle that encases the pointed-toe box and is decorated with a distinct, delicate crystal anklet that makes the Jimmy Choo style easily recognizable. The hand-placed crystal-embellished statement features individually applied crystals, which include a drop crystal that hangs elegantly at the back of the foot. The anklet is designed and crafted to sit low on the ankle to effortlessly elongate the leg and draw all eyes directly to the shoe.

Cardi wore a custom-made Ashi Studio couture gown that featured elaborate details and an ethereal, flowing aesthetic. The off-white dress perfectly matched the heels, as it was crafted from a delicate tulle fabric and embroidered with lace, with embellishments throughout.
The gown features a high-low hemline that allows the shoes to take center stage. The dress is made complete with a slight train at the back, sheer lace bell-shaped sleeves, and a high neckline, giving the design a dramatic and romantic appeal. The couture house was founded in 2007 by Saudi Arabian designer Mohammed Ashi. It was initially established in Lebanon, before relocating to Paris in 2018.
The Grammy winner has been making the rounds in Paris this week, attending the Schiaparelli and Stéphane Rolland shows, as well as the Rahul Mishra show, to which she reportedly arrived to 75 minutes late.
