The model and entrepreneur wore The Row’s Dune Classic Grosgrain Flip-Flops in “Scarlett” — a minimalist yet exaggerated take on the staple silhouette, priced at $750. The shoes feature a cushioned red platform sole, a textured footbed and black cotton grosgrain straps that wrap across the vamp. With their flat profile and bold color contrast, the sandals brought a graphic edge to Harvey’s otherwise low-key look.

The flip-flop’s construction plays with proportion in a way The Row has helped popularize over the past few years — elevating the shape from beach basic to luxury mainstay. That recontextualization has defined Harvey’s recent off-duty style, which often folds in high-end items with casual grounding.

This particular pair joins a recent wave of celebrity flip-flop appearances, from Blackpink’s Rosé’s matte black thong sandals in New York to Latto’s white pair layered under Chanel gaiters at Wimbledon. The Row’s flip-flops, in particular, have played a defining role in this resurgence.

Since launching its nearly $900 leather thongs in 2021, the brand has quietly redefined the silhouette as a minimalist luxury staple, appearing on runways at Proenza Schouler, in Jonathan Bailey’s viral press look for “Jurassic World: Rebirth” and across fashion circles, rethinking status dressing.

Harvey styled the sandals with light-washed distressed denim and a cropped white tank, letting the raw hem graze the platform sole. The look echoed early-2000s codes — body-baring basics, slouchy denim and a big suede bag that nodded to peak Olsen twins. Her carryall of choice, the deep brown Balenciaga Rodeo, added structure through O-ring hardware and sharp folds.
