Udinese’s Oumar Solet and Sevilla’s Loic Bade are at the top of Inter Milan’s shortlist of targets to replace Benjamin Pavard.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, via FCInterNews.
According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Benjamin Pavard will leave Inter before the summer transfer window closes.
And the Nerazzurri will have to find an adequate replacement for the Frenchman.
Inter have already missed out on a couple of their main defensive targets. Koni De Winter and Giovanni Leoni have signed for AC Milan and Liverpool respectively.
The Gazzetta anticipate that the two names now at the top of Inter’s list are both French like Pavard.

From within Serie A, the Gazzetta identify Udinese defender Oumar Solet as a major target to replace Pavard.
However, there would be a major wrinkle. Inter would only want to sign the 25-year-old on loan, as he is the subject of an active investigation over an alleged sexual assault in Udine.
Therefore, Inter would want to wait for the outcome of that investigation. If they sign Solet permanently, it would be for a fee of €20-25 million.
However, Bade would cost more, at least €30 million.
Furthermore, Bayer Leverkusen have also been pushing for the Frenchman’s signature.
