Not only are the free agents tied to the Golden State Warriors feeling uneasy, but even veteran Jimmy Butler wants to know the team's plans for the offseason, which remains uncertain due to the contract situation with Jonathan Kuminga.

There is no clarity on whether Kuminga will sign an extension or take the qualifying offer, leaving the Warriors' front office in limbo regarding their prospective free agent signings, such as Al Horford, De'Anthony Melton, and Gary Payton II.

Now, according to a report from Dalton Johnson, the Dubs' plan for the offseason has raised questions within the team.

"I can confidently say that Jimmy Butler has also reached out to the team and been like, ‘What's going on here? I just wanted to know the plan,’” Johnson said on Dubs Talk.

Butler is seeking clarity and he is not just stopping there.

Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green reach out to unsigned Jonathan Kuminga

The Warriors' reason for staying inactive this offseason has been solely Jonathan Kuminga. In the latest news, a new three-year, $75.2 million contract was proposed, but so far, Kuminga's camp has not accepted the offer. Certainly, the Warriors want to get over his restricted free agency so that they get an idea on available cap space, which they can then use to splash on restricted free agents.

Amid this, two Warriors veterans have reached out to the young star. Dalton Johnson added:

“In that ESPN article, they mentioned that Draymond and Jimmy have checked in and reached out to Jonathan Kuminga."

With training camp nearing, the Warriors are lagging in filling their roster, putting the team's entire next campaign in jeopardy. Butler, who is looking forward to winning an NBA championship, wants the front office to get going this offseason.
