The silhouette has been everywhere, from the tarmac as Queen Letizia prepared to visit Egypt to Demi Lovato’s stop at “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” earlier this week — a simple stiletto that slips easily between front rows, carpets and off-duty moments.
