Origin Story: ByAva is a wellness brand born from founder Ava Lee’s personal journey of healing, transformation and reconnection to her roots. Raised in China by Korean parents, Lee grew up surrounded by her mom’s homemade elixirs, herbs and superfoods.

After moving to the U.S. to study finance, Lee’s fast-paced life in New York led to burnout. By 25, she returned to the rituals she was raised on — healing teas, nutrient-rich ingredients and mindful self-care. As her skin glowed and her energy returned, Lee began sharing her journey on @glowwithava, building a trusted community and bridging Eastern wellness with Western living.
