Rihanna closed out the 2025 Met Gala red carpet, stealing the show with her custom Marc Jacobs look and the announcement of her third pregnancy. The singer debuted her new baby bump in a pin-striped look, embracing the event’s theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.”

Rihanna’s look featured a black bonded barathea wool Spencer jacket, a gray morning-stripe wool bustier bodysuit, a black pinstripe wool V-tailored skirt with tied-jacket bustle and a polka dot satin cravat with pique collar. She completed her outfit with a custom spectator-embellished ankle-chain pump and custom Marc Jacobs x Stephen Jones hat, for added drama.

Jahleel Weaver styled Rihanna for the occasion. He has been working with the singer since 2011.

Rihanna, who is notably behind some of the most viral outfits worn at the Met Gala throughout the years, had a special reason to attend the event this year. A$AP Rocky, her partner, is one of the cochairs of the event. The rapper arrived on the red carpet earlier in the evening, wearing a custom AWGE look and Alex Moss jewelry.

“I brought the kid,” Rihanna shouted on the red carpet.

Rihanna and Rocky are already parents to two sons, RZA and Riot. The couple has been together since 2020.

The 2025 Met Gala, held Monday at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, features the theme “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.” The event highlights Black dandyism and menswear, with a “Tailored for You” dress code. Cochairs include Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky, Pharrell Williams and Anna Wintour.
