What: A New York-based skin-care brand grounded in essential oils, botanicals and plant-based ingredients.

Price Range: $60 – $130

Founders: Ewa and Kava Gorna

Origin Story: Danuta Skin began more than 15 years ago when a family health crisis reshaped the Gornas’ approach to wellness. Founder Ewa Gorna’s deep understanding of botanical healing led her to develop her own face oils, recognizing that what we put on our skin is just as crucial as what we consume. Her expertise in essential oils, minerals and plant therapeutics shaped the brand to “nurture skin with the same reverence as the earth it comes from.” Every formulation is crafted free from synthetic fillers and “powered by nature’s most potent ingredients.”

Her daughter Kava’s creative expertise as a photographer and filmmaker mixed with Ewa’s lifelong dedication to plant therapeutics allowed the two to build a brand that prioritizes transparency, efficacy and sustainability without compromising luxury.
