Queen Máxima of the Netherlands balanced romantic lace and sleek footwear during her State Visit to the Czech Republic, strolling Prague’s historic Charles Bridge on Thursday in looks from longtime favorites Natan and Gianvito Rossi.
For the second day of engagements, the Dutch royal kept her footwear neutral with the Gianvito 105 pump in tan napa leather, a core style from Gianvito Rossi’s signature collection. The Italian-made heels are defined by their sharply pointed toe and 105mm stiletto, a shape frequently favored by the royal for its height and sleekness.

The neutral tone complemented her green lace without drawing attention away from the dress’s detailing — a styling choice Maxima has used to similar effect in past public appearances.

Maxima wore a summer-ready sleeveless green lace dress from Natan’s spring couture 2024 collection. The floral-embroidered design featured a fitted bodice and a flared ankle-length skirt with panel detailing that created a subtle high-low effect. A high neckline added structure to the silhouette, which balanced romantic lacework with a clean, tailored finish. She completed the look with nude pointed-toe heels and carried a small matching clutch.
Last May, Queen Máxima visited the Leading Locals Network of Mind Us in Wieringerwerf wearing a light green Max Mara wool and silk duchess satin blazer with matching flared trousers — another look that let the tailoring take focus through a restrained palette. A crisp white shirt, taupe-toned pumps and a coordinated clutch kept the silhouette streamlined, while metallic bracelets and blue earrings introduced measured contrast.
Earlier that spring, in April 2024, Máxima once again turned to Natan for the King’s Day concert in Emmen. She wore a yellow round-collar, long-sleeve scuba top and an icy blue high-waisted skirt from the Belgian label’s spring couture 2024 collection. Powder blue Gianvito Rossi pumps and a Bottega Veneta Intrecciato Knot clutch completed the ensemble — a continuation of the royal’s preference for tonal styling that lets structure and fabric take the lead.
