
Inter Milan could reignite their interest in Parma midfielder Adrian Bernabe after the arrival of Cristian Chivu as coach.
This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInter1908.
Inter Milan are on the verge of making the appointment of Cristian Chivu as their new coach official.
The 44-year-old will replace Simone Inzaghi after the latter’s departure to join Al-Hilal.
And the arrival of Chivu means that Inter could be ready to alter their transfer strategy this summer.
Chiefly, the Corriere report, Inter will certainly consider a number of players who Chivu worked with successfully at Parma.

Inter Milan have shown an interest in Parma midfielder Adrian Bernabe for some time.
A former youth team midfielder for both Barcelona and Manchester City, the Spaniard has played a big role for Parma this past season.
Bernabe struggled with some niggling injuries over the second half of the campaign. Therefore, he didn’t always feature under Cristian Chivu.
However, when the 24-year-old was available, he certainly made an impact.
Nowhere was that more obvious than in Bernabe’s goal to kick off the comeback for the Gialloblu in a 2-2 draw with Inter.
Therefore, with Chivu now on the bench, the Corriere report that Inter could be ready to go back in for Bernabe.
