Georgina Rodríguez grounded her latest lingerie-inspired look with glossy black pumps at Netflix Spain’s 10th Anniversary celebration on Tuesday. The model, reality star and girlfriend of Cristiano Ronaldo stepped out at the Palacio de Cristal in Madrid wearing pointed stilettos with a high-shine patent finish and razor-thin heels.

The classic pump silhouette added a polished edge to her corseted ensemble, echoing her previous footwear choices that prioritize shape, shine and sky-high lift — including the black heels worn at the 2025 Met Gala and the white platforms she brought to Elie Saab’s fall show earlier this year.

Rodríguez paired the stilettos with a vintage 2019 Dolce & Gabbana dress, made from black silk and elastane. The figure-hugging silhouette featured a bustier-style bodice with padded cups, wide shoulder straps and grommeted lace-up details throughout. With its wavy skirt and hourglass fit, the dress evoked the label’s classic Sicilian bombshell aesthetic, a signature look the model has favored in past appearances.

She kept the styling streamlined, opting for a silver cuff bracelet, hoop earrings and a nude manicure. Her glam leaned romantic: a soft side-parted wave, rose-toned lips and subtle blush complemented the dress and sharp stilettos’ femme-fatale effect.

Rodríguez’s footwear repertoire often centers on refined, high-impact heels. At the 2025 Met Gala, she wore black stilettos in a similar silhouette with a lace-trimmed Vetements slipdress. In March, she opted for white platform heels at Elie Saab’s fall show in Paris, pairing them with wide-leg trousers and a fur coat. At Formula E in February, she styled a vintage Dolce & Gabbana biker jacket with black leather Le Silla boots featuring a pointed toe and tall stiletto heel.

That same silhouette — fitted, feminine and grounded in high-gloss heels — carried through to Rodríguez’s Guess Holiday 2024 campaign. Shot by Italian photographer Nima Benati, the campaign featured the model in a silk animal-print dress, knee-high boots and structured outerwear styled with matching bags and stilettos. “The craftsmanship and design pieces made me feel so glamorous and comfortable in my own skin,” Rodríguez told WWD at the time.
