First spotted leaving Bar Pitti, the Rhode founder wore a pair of sleek thong sandals with a small kitten heel, styled with white polka-dot capri pants and a fitted black tank.

The sandals’ slim shape and square toe offered a refined counterpoint to the playful print, and echoed a growing number of barely-there summer silhouettes seen recently on everyone from Julianne Moore to Demi Lovato. With their low lift and barely-there straps, the sandals hit a midpoint between ease and intention.

By night, Bieber changed into a strapless green satin mini dress and black open-toe mules by Saint Laurent. The gathered satin upper and stiletto heel brought a higher-glam version of the same idea: a clean, sculptural shoe in black with a strong silhouette.

The rest of the styling — small square sunglasses, a structured black top-handle bag and gold jewelry — remained consistent, keeping the focus on fabric and shape.

This kind of continuity isn’t new for Bieber. Her footwear choices often fall into a few repeat categories: black pumps, sleek mules and barely-there sandals. In February, she paired sharp black stilettos with a pinstripe skirt suit for a date night in Manhattan with Justin Bieber. Earlier this spring, she stepped out in white mules during a Rhode pop-up.
