Renowned luxury hair accessories and jewelry designer, Jennifer Behr, is looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented and creative intern to assist with the day-to-day operations of running a fast-paced E-Commerce website. This is a great opportunity to learn about the E-Commerce industry and to be introduced to common technology platforms and software.
Responsibilities:
● Maintaining Product Page details and imagery in Salesforce and Shopify
● Assisting with new product and collaboration launches
● Supporting Farfetch marketplace maintenance and uploading of new products
● KPI reporting using Google Analytics and Data Studio
● Email and SMS slicing and scheduling in Klaviyo
● Copywriting and SEO optimization
● Contributing to content calendar ideation and production
● Organizing and filing imagery for social media and ecommerce teams within Image Relay
● Supporting social media scheduling and uploading to Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok
● Supporting brand management projects and general administrative tasks
Requirements:
● Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
● Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
● Knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok
● Familiarity with the luxury industry preferred
● Minimum 25 hours per week
● Available to work in-person at our Greenpoint studio 2-3 days/week (with potential to work remotely as needed)
