With her new album “Tropicoqueta” recently released on June 20, the Colombian singer-songwriter has been promoting her latest project; in addition to chatting with Fallon, she performed her song “Papasito” on the show.
Multiple looks were involved in her late night engagement, which aired just two days after she attended the Louis Vuitton spring 2026 menswear show in Paris. While seated beside Fallon, she modeled a snakeskin dress with a neutral-hued version of Gianvito Rossi‘s Metropolis style, which is a semi-transparent sandal. The shoes feature a Plexi upper showcasing a singular strap winding around the foot; the set is elevated by a stiletto heel.

The musician has shown an interest in this shoe aesthetic before; she wore a pair of bright yellow heels with a see-through upper and wedge heels to the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards.
As for the dress she wore on “Jimmy Fallon,” Karol G showcased a body-con look with a full-length sequined snakeskin gown featuring a plunging V neckline. The skirt featured a unique curvaceous hemline resembling flames, a motif which was also applied to the top of the dress with embellishments at the neckline. A blond hairstyle with bangs accented her look as well as dazzling earrings featuring a tiered rectangular look.
