Left high and dry at the Club World Cup, Inter Miami has turned its attention back to MLS action. Following a win over Montreal, the team travels to Gillette Stadium in Greater Boston to take on the New England Revolution in their upcoming fixture. New England is currently 11th in the standings and desperately needs to win tonight to keep their playoff hope alive.

Inter Miami, on the other hand, has four games in hand over the other teams in the top 7 and finds itself in a comfortable position to secure a playoff spot. However, the team will need to be at the top of their game to avoid getting caught off guard against their opponents.

Injuries and Team News

Former Inter Miami star Leonard Campana will be back in action against his old club tonight and will make his way back into the playing XI for New England. However, the team will miss the services of Alex Bono, Ilay Feingold, and Tomas Chancalay, who remain on the bench owing to their injuries.

Meanwhile, according to reports, Lionel Messi could be rested for the clash against New England owing to his heavy schedule during the Club World Cup and ninety minutes of action against Montreal. Fafà Picault could be the one to benefit from the decision, as Messi's being rested allows the right winger to get into the first team.
