NYC Client Advisor
Sophie Bille Brahe Inc is recruiting a highly motivated Client Advisor for a Full Time position to join our Private Sales team in New York. We are seeking a brand ambassador who will have a central role in our boutique on 1000 Madison Avenue. You will join a dynamic and international company, striving to continue our growth whilst providing excellent luxury service to our clients around the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Receive private clients in our boutique and offer them a unique and specialized experience. Provide an exceptional customer experience across all touch points.
● Develop strong customer relationships and offer a dedicated and curated service. Maintain and ensure that the boutique is always ready for clients.
● Ad hoc assistance for private sales and wholesale team.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
● Availability to work afternoons and planned Saturdays.
● Excellent written communication skills including grammar and spelling in English. 
● Extremely service-minded and detail oriented with a focus on following through. 
● Experience within sales, preferably in fine jewellery or luxury.
● Ability to prioritize workload and keep focus. Solution oriented, committed & structured.
● A flexible team player ready to help where and when needed.
