Babel Fair Showroom is growing and looking for a part-time Key Account Sales Assistant to join our NYC-based team with the possibility of going to full time. We represent international fashion brands and partner with leading retailers like Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, Revolve, Bloomingdale’s, Shopbop, and more.
This is a sales-focused support role working alongside our Senior Sales Executive on major accounts. You’ll help drive revenue through email outreach, appointment coordination, and exceptional buyer communication. If you’re organized, self-motivated, and passionate about growing a career in wholesale fashion — this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
● Send sales outreach emails to top retail buyers and follow up consistently
● Set, confirm, and prepare for buyer appointments
● Assist during showroom appointments and take detailed notes
● Write and send post-appointment recaps and product info to generate orders
● Keep sales tools (lookbooks, line sheets, imagery) organized and current
● Track all buyer communication and outreach in our CRM
● Maintain organized sales records and assist with key account follow-ups

What We’re Looking For:
● 1–2 years experience in wholesale, fashion sales, or showroom environments preferred
● Excellent communication skills (especially via email)
● High attention to detail and a professional demeanor
● Based in NYC and available to work in person 3 days/week
