For the special public occasion, Brigitte Macron wore a white coatdress with black lines added throughout and black buttons running down the front placket opposite a line of black. The black details on the coatdress included lining on the sharp collar, cuffs and at the waist, with outlined hip pockets featuring subtle black bows.
Macron opted to go minimal with her accessories, favoring a small black handbag and completing her attire with black pointed toe heels. Her 2025 Bastille Day look offered a contrast to the attire she sported for the 2024 edition of the holiday.

Macron’s 2024 Bastille Day attire featured the French first lady taking a monochrome approach with a slight nod to the quiet luxury trend. Macron wore a beige dress with three-quarter-length sleeves and a coordinated coat to complete the ensemble.
The year prior, for 2023 Bastille Day, Macron opted for another monochrome look, this time in a vibrant shade of yellow. France’s first lady wore a sunshine yellow dress with a coordinated blazer designed with soft lapels for the outdoor summertime occasion.

Prior to their Bastille Day celebrations in France, the Macrons were hosted by Queen Camilla and King Charles III of the United Kingdom for France’s first state visit to the country in 17 years. Throughout their stay, Brigitte Macron wore designer pieces that paid homage to her home country, including a royal blue cape gown courtesy of French luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton.
