Packers make adjustments to training camp schedule, add two new open practices


The Green Bay Packers made a trio of adjustments to their training camp schedule, including adding two open practices. The net result of the adjustments is an additional open practice at Packers training camp this summer.

The team announced that Tuesday, July 29 and Friday, Aug. 1 will now feature practices open to the public beginning at 10:30 a.m. However, the Packers are removing Wednesday, July 30 as an open practice.

The Packers open training camp on Wednesday, July 23.

Instead of practicing Sunday-Monday and Wednesday-Thursday leading into Family Night at Lambeau Field, the Packers will practice three straight days between Sunday and Tuesday and then back-to-back days before Family Night.

The Packers will now host 15 total open practices in Green Bay.

The new training camp schedule is as follows:

  • Sunday, July 27: Practice (10:30 a.m.)

  • Tuesday, July 29: Practice (10:30 a.m.)
  • Thursday, July 31: Practice (10:30 a.m.)
  • Friday, Aug. 1: Practice (10:30 a.m.)
  • Saturday, Aug. 2: Family Night (7:30 p.m.)
  • Tuesday, Aug. 5: Practice (10:30 a.m.)
  • Wednesday, Aug. 6: Practice (10:30 a.m.)
  • Thursday, Aug. 7: Practice (10:30 a.m.)
  • Tuesday, Aug. 12: Practice (10:30 a.m.)
  • Thursday, Aug. 14: Joint practice AT Colts
  • Tuesday, Aug. 19: Practice (10:30 a.m.)
  • Thursday, Aug. 21: Joint practice vs. Seahawks (10:30 a.m.)

The 2025 season will mark the 80th training camp for the Packers. All open practices other than Family Night will be held at Ray Nitschke Field and are subject to weather conditions.
