According to the 247Sports Composite rankings, Hill comes to Alabama as the nation’s No. 60 overall recruit in the 2025 class, as well as the No. 6 edge rusher nationally. A four-star prospect, Hill committed to Alabama back in July 2024, and was also considered the No. 3 player in the state of Ohio where he attended Winton Woods High School.

A talented prospect, it feels likely that Hill will make an immediate impact this season for the Crimson Tide.
At outside linebacker, Alabama returns a starter at the wolf position in Qua Russaw, along with two notable backups in Jah-Marien Latham and Yhonzae Pierre. However, Hill is likely already in that same conversation with Latham and Pierre, and might just be one of the top pass rushers of the entire group already.
