Jennie Revives Mugler’s 1992 Les Cow-boys Collection at Coachella 2025

Jennie changed outfits for her second weekend of Coachella 2025, but kept her Western-style inspiration. The Blackpink singer wore head-to-toe Mugler for her performance on Sunday, including pieces from the brand’s archives.

Jennie’s outfit featured a buckled wrap coat dress from Thierry Mugler’s spring 1992 Les Cow-boys collection paired with bold red vinyl shorts. The collection is known for embracing motorcycle culture and Western fashion, featuring fringe skirts, cowhide power suits and leather chaps.

Jennie is not the first pop star to reference the Les Cow-boys collection. In 2008, Beyoncé wore a motorcycle-inspired bustier from the collection to promote her album “I Am…Sasha Fierce.”

Park Min Hee styled Jennie’s second Coachella 2025 outfit. On April 11, the stylist dressed Jennie in another Western-inspired outfit, including a crocodile-embossed jacket paired with a matching bra top from Georges Hobeika’s fall 2025 collection, paired with custom mini shorts by Cotton Candy LA.

Min Hee has been the primary stylist of Blackpink since 2017. At the 2023 Coachella, she dressed the Blackpink singers in custom Mugler for their performance.
