Regina King had a jewel-tone velvet moment in Schiaparelli at the “Caught Stealing” premiere in New York on Tuesday, and gold accents framed her look all the way down to her Giuseppe Zanotti sandals.

King, who was styled by Charlese Antoinette for the premiere, was wearing the Italian luxury brand’s Intriigo Claire 105 style, which is a summery, red carpet-ready sandal silhouette with a sharp triangular toe and dainty thin straps stretching across the foot and snaking around the ankle.

King embraced the ongoing metallic shoes trend by modeling a gold laminated leather version of the shoe, which is also offered in white patent leather and black satin. “Caught Stealing” follows a New York City bartender Hank Thompson, played by Austin Butler, whose punk-rock neighbor asks him to take care of his cat for a few days, and suddenly finds himself caught in the middle of a motley crew of threatening gangsters who all want a piece of him. King plays a detective named Roman in the movie, which was directed by Darren Aronofsky and hits theaters on Friday.
