Sarah Hyland hit the red carpet on Tuesday ahead of the 91st annual Drama League Award Nominations, which were announced in New York City. Hyland, who currently stars as Daisy Buchanan in the Broadway musical adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s “The Great Gatsby,” was on hand to announce the 2025 nominees.

For the special occasion, Hyland turned to the runway for her spring-inspired ensemble. The “Modern Family” alum styled a look courtesy of Georges Hobeika’s spring 2025 ready-to-wear collection. Hyland’s look was curated by stylist Daniela Romero.

Hyland’s red carpet look featured a sky blue oversize beaded bomber jacket with coordinated shorts. The actress complemented the look with a pair of metallic silver sandal heels. Hyland went minimal with her accessories, keeping the focus on her sky blue sartorial statement, but wore a pair of glasses for an added touch of casual appeal.

Along with the Georges Hobeika ensemble, Hyland styled one of the biggest trends to make a resurgence in 2024. The actress added a peekaboo bra element to her look, wearing an off-white garment beneath her jacket.

The peekaboo bra layering trend was embraced by several A-list celebrities in 2024. Katie Holmes styled the trend during her appearance at the Michael Kors’ fall 2024 presentation at New York Fashion Week in February 2024.

Later that year in March, Kristen Stewart wore head-to-toe Chanel, opting for a sheer button-up blouse with white shorts and a layered bralette. Sydney Sweeney also wore the peekaboo bra trend with her look at the 35th annual GLAAD Media Awards, wearing a pale blue silk Miu Miu gown with rhinestone encrusted cups and off-the-shoulder straps.

The annual Drama League Awards honors the best of Broadway and off-Broadway performances and productions. The awards ceremony will be held on May 16 at New York City’s legendary Ziegfeld Ballroom.
