An update for supporters with disabilities

With the start of the 2025/26 season, Juventus is introducing important new features dedicated to fans with disabilities, aimed at making the experience at the Allianz Stadium even more accessible, engaging, and inclusive.

AUDIO DESCRIPTION VIA APP: EASIER, MORE DIRECT

The audio description service for every home match of the Men’s First Team will be available through an app. It’s an even simpler and more immediate way for blind and visually impaired fans to follow every action, every emotion.

The service, developed by CMT S.r.l., will be activated for a limited number of users for each match. Priority access is granted to fans present at the Allianz Stadium.

Any remaining availability may also be granted to fans who request it remotely.

How to access the service:

  • Download the Connect Me Too app from the Apple Store or Play Store and complete the registration;
  • Select the sport, the league/federation, and the club of interest;
  • Contact Juventus Fan Service at (+39) 0114530486 to request a unique OTP CODE;
  • Enter the OTP CODE and wait for authorization.

Technical requirements:

The service can be used via a smartphone with at least 70% battery and a pair of earphones or headphones owned by the fan.

GUIDE DOGS AT THE STADIUM

Juventus has designated three spots within the area for people with disabilities in the North Stand, with spaces specifically designed to ensure safety and comfort for blind or visually impaired fans and their guide dogs.

To ensure a proper and safe welcome, fans with guide dogs are asked to:

  1. Inform the Club of the presence of the guide dog at the time of the accreditation request, along with any specific needs, by contacting the Fan Service at (+39) 0114530486.

On the day of the event, the fan must present:

  • The identification card of the guide dog or equivalent documentation;
  • The dog equipped with a harness or identifying vest and kept on a leash.
  • Fans with disabilities accompanied by a guide dog who require continuous assistance may request a free accreditation in the same area for an adult companion.

IMPROVED PROCESS FOR REQUESTING FREE ACCREDITATION

Thanks to ongoing dialogue with fans with disabilities, relevant associations, the Italian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired, and the National Agency for the Deaf, Juventus has committed to improving access to free accreditations.

The goal is to promote broader participation through more streamlined and efficient processes.

The accreditation request process will be divided into two phases.
