Ice Spice was among the many stars who attended the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, which took place at the USB Arena in New York. For the special occasion, she wore a pair of Christian Louboutin booties with a romantic flair.

The New York rapper arrived at the event wearing a Ralph Lauren 2003 gown, but once inside, she went for a more playful ensemble. Spice hit the stage wearing a Dsquared2 Frizzy Double Chiffon Bandage Corset Dress in cream, which she paired with to present an award alongside Latto, who was also outfitted in a Dsquared2 design. The dress had sheer panels throughout that blended with the “Princess Diana” rapper’s skin.

She maintained the nude and sheer look all the way down to her shoes, opting for the Christian Louboutin KM Lace Booty Low boots. The KM Lace Booty features smooth lines with a sharp pointed toe and lacing on the vamp that reveals the top part of the foot.

The beige boot blends the floral lace with lamb napa leather and laminated calf leather, and features a zipper at the back of the foot. The floral lace added a softer, more romantic contrast to the strapless minidress.

The shoe is set on a 100mm stiletto heel and features a padded insole for added comfort. The heel model features the brand’s new Everlasting Red sole, thanks to an innovative coating technique that ensures resistance and lasting vibrancy for Louboutin’s signature red. The heels are available on the Christian Louboutin website for $1,945, and are also available in black.

The 2025 MTV Video Music Awards took place live at the UBS Arena in Elmont, N.Y., and were hosted by LL Cool J. This year’s show featured performances from Lady Gaga, Mariah Carey, Doja Cat, Katseye and other artists, celebrating music’s biggest names and electrifying cultural moments worldwide.
