
Timberland is offering wisdom from icons in a new fall 2025 campaign starring Spike Lee, Skepta and Kiko Mizuhara, three global creatives who have shaped their distinctive paths in the face of challenges. All of them lace up the Original Yellow Boot for the “Advice of an Icon” campaign.

The campaign celebrates steadfast commitment to artistry and craft, which Timberland recognizes as values realized by the campaign stars and the brand. Director and photographer Gabriel Moses, lauded for emotive visuals and deeply saturated color palettes, captured portraits of the three icons.
Lee, the trailblazer filmmaker, offered his advice as part of the campaign: “You have to have a work ethic. You gotta put the work in. You can’t cheat that, if you’re cheating, you’re cheating yourself.”
Skepta for Timberland.
DJ, rapper and record producer Skepta, who also has influence beyond music, is now involved in his second endeavor with Timberland.
“There was never another option for me apart from success,” Skepta said. “Anyone who’s built something will tell you — you need blind faith, even when the outcome isn’t clear.”
He also offered, “People need to remember community. Get back to that idea of doing it for the people around you.”
Kiko Mizuhara for Timberland.
“It” girl Kiko Mizuhara’s creative career spans many genres, including modeling and acting.
Mizuhara said, “I kept going. I kept doing what I liked. Sometimes there were challenges, and I failed. It’s because I stayed true to who I am. That’s why I’m here. And I will never apologize for who I am.”
Maisie Willoughby, chief marketing officer at Timberland, commented on the significance of the campaign.
