Brooks Brothers Dresses Snoopy Up in Bow Tie, Blazer for Capsule Collection

Snoopy is getting dressed up for fall.

Thanks to a newly inked partnership with Brooks Brothers, the famous beagle from the Peanuts cartoons will be sporting a navy blazer and bowtie on seven dual-gender pieces.

The Brooks Brothers x Peanuts limited-edition capsule features a Snoopy emblem on the chest of a classic two-button navy blazer with a repp stripe lining featuring Snoopy silhouettes woven throughout.

In addition, the hound is also making an appearance on the company’s Original Polo Button-down Oxford shirt, offered in two colors: white or blue stripes, as well as on a white graphic T-shirt, a gray sweatshirt and a navy baseball cap.

“We are thrilled to bring together two American icons in this special collaboration with Peanuts,” said Ken Ohashi, chief executive officer of Brooks Brothers. “At Brooks Brothers, we love to celebrate our heritage while bringing fresh, playful perspectives to our most iconic styles. Snoopy in his Brooks Brothers navy blazer and bowtie perfectly captures that spirit. Also, like Brooks Brothers, Peanuts is multigenerational and recognized around the world; this collaboration will be very collectable.”

The Brooks Brothers x Peanuts capsule is available exclusively at the company’s newly opened store at 195 Broadway in New York and online.

The Broadway unit, which opened in late May, marked Brooks’ return to downtown New York where the company got its start 207 years ago. The global flagship spans 10,000 square feet on two levels and is located in the historic Western Union Telegraph Building, also known as the AT&T Building, a 29-story building designed by architect William Welles Bosworth and constructed between 1912 and 1916. It is one of New York’s first skyscrapers.
