Simone Ashley’s Sold-Out Paris Texas Ricky Boots Turn Heads in Milan

Simone Ashley added a western accent to Milan Fashion Week with cowboy boots that have become nearly impossible to track down.

The “Bridgerton” star stepped out on Saturday in Paris Texas’ Ricky Boot 60, a croc-embossed leather silhouette with a squared-off toe and 60 mm block heel. The sold-out style featured ivory snakeskin inlays at the toe and counter, sharpening the otherwise sleek black upper with a bold graphic edge.

Ashley paired the boots with Frame’s Collegiate jeans and layered a checked silk shirt under Polo Ralph Lauren’s Polo Bear sweater. She finished the look with a burgundy Dolce & Gabbana Sicily bag and Tiffany T1 hoops.

The Ricky marks a slight departure from Paris Texas’ better-known lineup of high-heeled sandals and pumps. Founded in 2015 by Annamaria Brivio, the Milan-based brand built its reputation on the duality between Parisian refinement and Texan audacity, with heels like the Lidia becoming fixtures on celebrities from Nicole Kidman to Florence Pugh. Yet the Ricky has shown how the label can interpret Western codes without abandoning its luxe positioning.

That positioning has resonated with stars leaning into the cowboy boot revival. Just days before Ashley’s outing, Olivia Wilde wore embroidered Paris Texas boots with a tailored black suit in New York. Beyoncé has also commissioned custom pairs for her “Cowboy Carter” tour, while Lainey Wilson and Quinta Brunson have separately highlighted the brand’s versatility across country and red-carpet circuits.

Paris Texas’ ability to play across categories comes as Arezzo & Co., the Brazilian footwear conglomerate, deepens its investment in the label. Its spring 2026 collection expands on core silhouettes with new wedges and thong sandals, but boots like the Ricky have carved out a spot in the conversation — especially as cowboy styles grow from microtrend to global category.

For Ashley, the choice fits neatly into a pattern. Earlier this month, she wore Adidas x Clot Gazelles courtside at the U.S. Open, another sold-out style rooted in heritage design. In Milan, her Paris Texas Ricky boots reinforced the actress’s knack for tapping pieces that straddle trend and collectability.
