Leonard Paris Spring 2026 Ready-To-Wear Runway, Fashion Show & Collection Review

Fans of ‘70s style need look no further than Georg Lux’s campy spring collection for Leonard. A tribute to California, moved by the wildfires that devastated the state this January, and its lifestyle, Lux offered a collection full of pastel brights, vivid motifs and vintage silhouettes.

The poppy – among the most resilient of flowers – was a key emblem, printed onto a puffball gown and a tailored jacket in rigid transparent plastic that Lux decided to explore this season in both apparel and with accessories like a giant clutch and a cummerbund belt with a gargantuan logo buckle.

Giant flowers were emblazoned over psychedelic stripes on a series of styles that would not have looked out of place in an Austin Powers movie, done in signature jersey shapes or as a slinky allover printed sequin halter dress.

It was just one of many effervescent motifs in a lively collection for the print specialist, with others combining palm leaves and polka dots on fluid kaftans and flouncy dresses, more puffball pieces and a draped miniskirt style the designer reprised in a number of variants.

Preppy references came by way of candy-colored stripes with the pairing of a tailored jacket with another puffball skirt or on a more streamlined calf-length look that nodded to the ‘40s.

Vintage airline upholstery – a grainy picture of Jerry Hall aboard an airplane adorned the moodboard – inspired a rough-hewn beige fabric lightly embroidered with floral patterns and topped with a peppering of gold flowers. Done as a combination of pants with a top that was a hybrid between a shirt and cape, open at the back, it twinkled at the end of the rainbow.
