Greta Lee Has Proven Herself a Fashion Darling Time and Time Again

Between her oeuvre and her sense of style, nobody is doing it like Greta Lee.

While she stole scenes in Girls, Russian Doll, and Broad City, Lee’s lead role in Past Lives cemented her stardom—and her fashion It girl status. The actor has the industry’s biggest power players in her corner: She is among stylist Danielle Goldberg’s cadre of cool clients; her friendship with designer Jonathan Anderson has allowed her to push the boundaries of fashion, from Loewe to Dior. Though partial to Anderson’s designs, her looks are far from predictable. Take, for example, the draped, sexy Dior satin and organza minidress she wore to the Venice Film Festival, complete with a plunging neckline, suit-like lapels, and oversized hemline bow.

Even when Anderson was between houses, Lee continued to impress. Recently, she and Goldberg embraced New York designers, from a structured, cobalt Luar suit to a gray drop-waist Diotima dress. She has also proven herself a dedicated fan of the designer Lii, wearing the designer to the 2024 Independent Spirit Awards, and again on Graham Norton earlier this week.

But Lee is a Jonathan Anderson girl, through and through. Ahead of his first Dior womenswear show, he named her one of his inaugural house ambassadors. So far, she has shown up with aplomb, dressed for his spring 2026 show in a floral skirt set, and attending the Tron: Ares premiere in one of his most whimsical runway looks.

In honor of her Vogue cover, take a look back at Greta Lee’s high-octane red carpet style.
