Everything Meghan Markle touches turns to gold, or, more accurately, everything she endorses by way of wearing it goes the way of the Dodo — selling out just as fast as her As Ever jams. So imagine our surprise at the fact that a pair of gold earrings the royal wore yesterday (while speaking at the Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit 2025 in Washington, D.C.) is still in stock and easily shoppable.

Looking sharp and corp-core coded, in a kind of ode to her “Suits” era, Markle donned a billowing, ivory-hued blouse; a pencil skirt to match; and nude pumps for the occasion. She was in D.C. to speak about everything from the state of women in business to her own strategies with lifestyle brand As Ever, but fans were also able to get something else out of it: another confirmation of the fact that the Duchess’ style is nothing if not steal-worthy.

So steal it you can… sort of. Rounding out her office-chic attire was a pair of earrings from the trending, French brand Polène, which struck the right balance between contrasting with her lighter-colored garb and not overpowering the ensemble as a whole. The pair in question? It’s the Éole Stud Earrings, which are handmade by artisans in Florence, feature a 100-percent brass composition gilded with 24-karat gold, and have a curving, sculptural silhouette that manages to appear both modern and timeless in the same breath.

Though Polène’s jewelry category is replete with other covetable earrings, bracelets, rings, and necklaces, its handbags are the quintessential offerings that have fashion insiders in a chokehold. Much raved about on TikTok, Polène’s leather bag styles are also prized by no shortage of A-listers. Julia Roberts recently stepped out with the Numéro Dix in hand, Blackpink’s Lisa chose the Solé for a vacation this year, and Kate Middleton went with the structured, formal Numéro Sept bag while paying a royal visit to a nursing home a few years back.

That’s not to say Markle is the first celebrity to say “yes” to Polène jewelry. In fact, its Éole Spiral Earrings received a fortuitous placement in Season 3, Episode 3 of “The White Lotus,” worn by Leslie Bibb’s Kate alongside a silk printed shirt. And while the Éole Spiral Earrings have many similarities to Markle’s Éole stud iteration, the latter is more lightweight, compact, and suited for all-day wear. In other words, it will never feel like it’s tugging at your earlobes as you talk to the editor-in-chief and chief content officer of Fortune (or maybe that’s an activity reserved only for those of us who also own manses in Montecito?).
