Private Sales Advisor US (Full-Time)
Sophie Bille Brahe Inc is recruiting a highly motivated Private Sales Advisor to drive sales and build client relationships via the boutique on Madison Avenue, NYC.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● To grow the US Private Client Customer base and meeting sales targets for our New York boutique and pop-up locations in major US cities.
● Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by offering private clients a unique and tailored experience with exceptional service across all touchpoints.
● Daily dialogue with clients including processing of orders, production information, repairs, loans, deliveries along with miscellaneous sales related inquiries. Coordinate delivery and returns of orders.
● Handling customer inquiries via voice calls, email and chat.
● Providing administrative support and sales preparation to the HQ sales team in Denmark, coordinating and reporting to the head of.
REQUIRED SKILLS
● Minimum two years of experience within sales preferably within the fine jewelry or luxury sector. Experience working in similar role is a plus.
● Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
● Strong business sense and industry expertise.
● Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
