NBA Futures odds – Championship and conference championship odds

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the top-seeded Oklahoma City Thunder entered the playoffs as favorites to win the NBA championship, and they have done nothing to dissuade the betting public so far after sweeping the Memphis Grizzlies.

Following the Thunder out West are the Minnesota Timberwolves and Denver Nuggets. The Golden State Warriors beat the Houston Rockets on the road in Game 7 and will face the Timberwolves in the next round.

In the East, the second round is set, as the defending champions Boston Celtics, favorites to win the Eastern Conference, will face the New York Knicks, while the Indiana Pacers went on the road and upset the Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 1 on Sunday.

Early favorites for Finals MVP include Gilgeous-Alexander, Jayson Tatum and Donovan Mitchell, with a surging Anthony Edwards behind them. A full list of MVP candidate odds follows below.
