We are a close-knit team seeking a qualified, dedicated, and proactive individual with a passion for fine jewelry to join us in our NYC office.
Responsibilities
● Oversee the production process end-to-end, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and promised lead times
● Manage repairs, ensuring they are completed accurately and in a timely manner
● Prepare shipments
● Manage product inventory levels
● Monitor inventory of raw materials and components, purchasing/sourcing from suppliers, as necessary
● Work closely with Melissa in the design process, overseeing sampling to ensure deadlines are met and production-related hurdles are communicated effectively
Requirements
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build/maintain strong relationships internally and externally.
● Superior organization and attention to detail.
● Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience in fine jewelry production, a plus.
● GIA GG certification or jewelry design degree, a plus.
