Everything You Need To Know About the 2025 Met Gala



Buy your friends who work in the fashion-sphere a coffee or two and let them sleep in for the next week or so — the 2025 Met Gala has officially come and gone, and it was a major one. (They don’t call it “fashion’s biggest night” for nothing.)

Following months of anticipation for how celebrities and designers would interpret the Costume Institute exhibit’s theme of “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” the over-200 guests on the carpet showed up in their dandiest looks. From classic three-piece suiting to feminine plays on cummerbunds and plenty of tophats, attendees gave us spectators much to discuss.
