● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Logistics:
● Full-time in-person role
● Midtown Manhattan
● Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
● Subject to successful completion of a criminal background check
RADIIA is a full service fine and high jewelry manufacturer located in New York City. We supply diamonds and gemstones, and provide additional fulfillment and back office support as needed. Our clients range from emerging designers to established luxury houses to DTC online platforms.
As an Operations Assistant, you will support our small team with logistical/administrative tasks and messenger services. It can be a hectic and fast-paced environment, and even when it’s slow, we expect all team members to proactively find ways to keep everything organized, clean, and prepared for the next rush.
Although this is an entry-level position, RADIIA is a quickly growing company, and as such, there is tremendous possibility for your role in the company to morph and expand over time into what suits your interests and skillsets. If you’re interested in getting into the jewelry industry, there is no better place to learn.
Sample day-to-day responsibilities may include the following:
● Pick ups and drop offs with vendors and partners – all within walking distance of the office
● Prepare shipments of drop-ship orders
● Prepare shipments of diamond memos and finished jobs
● Complete inventory counts
●Generate memos
● Check in returned inventory items
● Scan invoices and other documents
● Other assistance as requested
