POSITION OVERVIEW
ALMASIKA is a Chicago based Fine Jewelry brand rooted in art, history, and culture.
We are looking for a driven, digitally savvy E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our online presence, content strategy, and customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of digital touchpoints across Shopify, Klaviyo, paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and backend website management while contributing to the voice and growth of a luxury jewelry brand.
This is a part-time role with the potential to evolve into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Customer Experience
● Manage product uploads, descriptions, and image updates on Shopify
● Oversee fulfillment of online orders and ensure packaging meets luxury standards
● Support virtual appointments by preparing product trays and managing booking logistics
● Respond to customer service inquiries across platforms (email, website, DMs) with attentiveness and brand-appropriate tone
Digital Marketing Campaigns
● Plan, draft, and schedule email campaigns via Klaviyo
● Write and edit copy for product launches, newsletters, and promotions
● Assist in managing paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads), and monitor results
● Conduct keyword research and optimize product/editorial content for SEO
● Maintain campaign calendars and oversee digital asset timelines
Content & Social Media Support
● Coordinate social media content creation and scheduling (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok)
● Maintain digital content libraries and archives
● Support creation of visuals using Canva or Adobe tools
● Contribute to campaign storytelling and visual direction
Influencer & Community Engagement
● Identify and coordinate outreach to brand-aligned influencers and stylists
● Manage engagement tracking, user-generated content, and gifting logistics
● Monitor brand mentions and compile insight reports
Analytics & Reporting
● Track performance across e-commerce, email, and social platforms
● Compile weekly or monthly reports and make data-informed recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS
● 1–2 years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role
● Strong written communication and organizational skills
● Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, and Google Analytics
● A passion for digital storytelling, branding, and the luxury market
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
● Must be available to work in-person at our Hinsdale office
