Alexandra Daddario Goes Sheer for Dior Cruise 2026 Show

Alexandra Daddario was among the bevy of celebrity guests and brand ambassadors seated in the front row for the Dior cruise 2026 show in Rome on Tuesday. The Emmy-nominated “White Lotus” actress attended the event alongside Natalie Portman, Rosamund Pike and more.

Daddario opted for a white lace dress with Dior accessories. The dress featured bohemian style inspiration with long sleeves, a ruffled neckline and a maxiskirt. The look included an ornate white lace design with delicate latticework, creating sinuous lines and more.

Daddario also embraced the peekaboo bra layering trend, which saw a resurgence in 2024 thanks to stars like Katie Holmes, Kristen Stewart and Sydney Sweeney, among others. The trend continues to pop on red carpets throughout 2025.

As for her glam, Daddario opted for her dark chocolate brown hair styled with a side part and flowing tresses. The actress’ makeup included bold brows and a pop of color thanks to a classic red lip, which added contrast to her overall look. Like Daddario, guests wore various designs in white, creating a uniform effect.

“I get overwhelmed with choices,” Daddario said at the show. “I’m an actress, I’ve learned fashion but that was not my expertise so for me, it’s wonderful to have someone as talented as Maria Grazia and Dior choose something for me.”

The Dior cruise 2026 show saw creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri return to Rome to stage a fashion show for the first time in a decade. “For me, doing a project in Rome was obviously one of my desires, but also one of my fears, because ‘Mirabilia’ was such a high point,” she said in a preview on Tuesday, referencing the Valentino show she staged as cocreative director.

The cruise 2026 collection featured designs “fit for a Renaissance princess,” Joelle Diderich wrote in WWD’s review of the collection. “Diaphanous gowns, in a palette dominated by cream and white, alternated with sinous crimson and black velvet column dresses and androgynous outerwear,” Diderich wrote.
